How much does a hairpiece cost?
Our hairpieces range from $3,750 to $8,500 depending on length and color. A $1,000 deposit starts the process, and the remaining balance can be split into four weekly payments.
How long does a hairpiece last?
With proper care, our virgin hair hairpieces last 3 to 5 years. Because the hair is never chemically processed or coated in silicone, it holds up to daily wear far longer than most human hair wigs on the market.
I've been disappointed by expensive wigs before. Why is this different?
Most large wig companies process their hair so they can produce a wide range of colors, textures, and styles at scale. To do that, they strip the hair's natural cuticle, dye it to a uniform color, and coat it in silicone to make it look and feel soft on the shelf.
The problem is that silicone washes off. Usually around month four to seven, the coating fades and the hair underneath reveals itself: dry, tangled, stiff, and difficult to manage. The hair was damaged before it ever reached you. It just didn't show until the coating was gone.
We do things differently.
We source the highest quality virgin hair available and never put it through chemical processing. No acid baths. No color stripping. No silicone coatings. The cuticle stays intact, which is what allows the hair to move, feel, and age like natural hair.
This means we can't mass produce dozens of color options or ship thousands of units a month. But it also means the hair you receive is the same quality on year three as it was on day one.
If you've spent thousands on a wig that fell apart after a few months, you weren't buying bad hair. You were buying processed hair disguised as luxury. Ours isn't.
What happens at the consultation?
It's a 15-minute, one-on-one appointment at our Toronto studio. We listen to what you're looking for, answer your questions, and show you the hair in person. There's no pressure to commit on the spot.
How long does the whole process take?
After your consultation and deposit, customization takes approximately 4 to 6 weeks. Once your hairpiece arrives, we schedule a fitting appointment to style and adjust it until it looks like you.
What if I'm not sure I'm ready?
That's okay. The consultation is free and there's no obligation. Come ask questions, see the hair, and take time to decide. We're here when you're ready.
Do I need to use glue or tape?
No. Our hairpieces are designed to fit securely without adhesive. During your fitting, we make sure it stays in place through real life, including movement, wind, and hugs.
What if the color or fit isn't right?
We do the color and density matching together in person before your hairpiece is made. If adjustments are needed after it arrives, we include two months of free touch-ups and fittings.
Is it hard to maintain?
It's similar to caring for your own hair. Wash, condition, style. We walk you through everything at your fitting and you can reach out anytime with questions after you leave.
Do you ship outside of Toronto?
We do ship hairpieces, but we require an in-person consultation and fitting at our Toronto studio first. This ensures the hairpiece is customized and fitted properly before you take it home.
