How many years do your wigs last?

With proper care, there is no reason that a DevWig shouldn’t serve you for many years. However, this number can vary greatly based on many different factors including frequency of use, gentle handling of the wig and the regularity of upkeep. Due to these factors, it is virtually impossible to accurately predict the lifespan of a DevWig.

What makes your wigs so special?

DevWigs are natural & undetectable. Our wigs will make you look and feel beautiful. A DevWig will give you the confidence in knowing that when you walk down the street nobody will be able to tell that you are wearing a wig. Our quality is just that good.

Will the wig be fully customized to me?

Yes. All customizations needed for your wig are included in the purchase price.

I saw a wig that you created for one of your clients on Instagram. I want that one. Can I get it?

Every DevWig is unique, and no two pieces are exact. That being said, we are constantly recreating our bestsellers, so the best thing would be to schedule an appointment at our salon.

DevWigs is Toronto at 1275 Finch Ave W Unit 701. We service the entire GTA region as well as our remote clients with our virtual consultation option.

About Pricing

I heard about lace, lace front and silk wigs. I'm not really sure which one I want. How can I decide?

We recommend that you take some time to do some research about the different wigs that exist in the market. During your consultation, you may bring this question up and we will find the perfect DevWig for you that lines up with what you are looking for.

I want the wig to match my hair. Is that possible?v

Yes. All customizations needed for your wig are included in the purchase price.

How long will it take for the wig to be ready for pickup after my consultation?

Generally, customization times are between 1-2 weeks. If you have a specific deadline in mind, please bring it up during the consultation and we will do our best to accommodate.

Can I purchase my wig in installments?

Absolutely. Once you are fully satisfied and ready to proceed with the purchase of your DevWig, we will require a 50% deposit. During the final pickup the remaining 50% will be due. If you are eligible, you may be able to finance your purchase with the RBC PayPlan by selecting it as your payment method at checkout.

What warranty does DevWigs offer?

Every DevWig is fully customized to you style and look. We will complete this customization for you prior to pickup. In addition, you have 2 months to make any adjustments to perfect your piece.

Any wear-and-tear issues are not covered by DevWigs. If an issue occurs, we would suggest to reach out to us and we will see what we are able to do for you. Upkeep of the DevWig is not covered under warranty and an additional fee for the upkeep may be charged by DevWigs.
