DevWigs Return & Exchange Policy
At DevWigs, we take pride in crafting customized Luxury Hairpieces tailored to each client’s needs. Due to the personalized nature of our products, our return and exchange policy is subject to the following terms and conditions.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

Uncustomized Products

If a Luxury Hairpiece has not undergone any form of customization, the client may request a return and refund, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Clients must initiate the refund within 24 hrs of the delivery of the Hairpiece. All refund requests should be sent to support@devwigs.com.

Return shipping costs are the client’s responsibility. A return shipping label will be generated by DevWigs, and the cost will be deducted from the final refund amount.

All refunds will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Refunds will be processed via the original method of payment within 7-10 business days, subject to standard banking timelines.

For client who wish to have their Hairpiece adjusted post purchase, a form will be sent to them which they will have to fill out to give us the information as to what exactly the clients wants to be adjusted.
- Shipping to and from DevWigs is the responsibility of the customer when requesting free adjustements. Clients must include the Adjustment form and the return shipping label in the box that is delivered to us. In the case that both are not included in the package we will not accept the package and send it back with the courier.
- Free adjustments must be initiated within 72 hrs of receiving the Hairpiece to initiate an adjustment please email support@devwigs.com. Adjustments initiated after this window of time will not be processed.
- If the Scrunchie color is not correct and a client wishes to exchange it, they may. Shipping to DevWigs and DevWigs shipping to the client is the responsibility of the client.

Customized Products – Final Sale Upon Signature

Once a client signs the Customization Agreement Form upon finalizing their Luxury Hairpiece, the sale is final and non-refundable.

The Customization Agreement Form (available here) confirms that the client has approved the specifications of their Luxury Hairpiece and understands that customizations will begin immediately.

At the time of signature, DevWigs is already implementing customizations, making cancellation or modification impossible.

Virgin Line Products

Acceptance of delivery for Virgin Line Luxury Hairpieces typically occurs 2-3 weeks after the initial purchase due to the customization process.

Once the client signs the Customization Agreement Form, the sale is final and non-refundable.
B. Exchanges

Exchange Conditions
-
Exchanges are permitted only if the Luxury Hairpiece has not undergone any form of customization (as outlined in Section A1).

Exchanges must be initiated within one (1) business days of delivery.

The returned Luxury Hairpiece must meet the following conditions:
-
Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered;
-
No signs of external styling, cutting, or modifications by the client or a third party (e.g., a local hairstylist);
-
No application of hair products;
-
Hair part must not be changed;
-
Must be returned in original packaging.

Failure to meet these conditions will void the exchange request, and no refund or credit will be issued.

Exchange Process

Clients are responsible for all shipping costs associated with an exchange, including:

Returning the original Luxury Hairpiece to DevWigs; and
-
Shipping the replacement Luxury Hairpiece to the client.

The new Luxury Hairpiece will only be shipped once DevWigs has received and inspected the returned piece.

Marked as Final Sale Collection

Any product listed under a "Final Sale" collection is not eligible for exchange or return.
2. Adjustments & Modifications Post-Delivery

If a client wishes to request any modifications or adjustments to a Luxury Hairpiece after delivery, they must submit a Custom Order Request Form and arrange to ship the Luxury Hairpiece back to DevWigs for alterations.

All shipping costs associated with post-delivery modifications are the responsibility of the client.

Clients are strongly encouraged to take advantage of all complimentary customizations (such as cutting, Baby Hair additions, etc.) at the time of purchase, as post-delivery modifications may be subject to additional charges.
3. Order Cancellations

Cancellation Window

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of the initial purchase or before the item has been shipped, whichever comes first.

Once a Luxury Hairpiece has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled, and the client must initiate a return under the standard return policy.

No Cancellations After Customization Agreement Signature
-
Once a client signs the Customization Agreement Form, the order is considered final and cannot be canceled or refunded.
4. Exchange Credit Option

Clients who initiate a return within the three-day window may opt to receive store credit for the full amount of the purchase price.

Store credit will be issued only after the returned Luxury Hairpiece has been received and inspected to confirm it meets the required conditions.
5. Final Acknowledgment
By purchasing a DevWigs Luxury Hairpiece, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Return & Exchange Policy.
DevWigs reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice, and any modifications will be reflected on our official website.

Important Note:
Follow up service ONLY for the Luxury European Collection. NO follow up service for exclusive collection. Luxury European and Exclusive do not have returns because they are customized to the clients: please explain this in the policy becuase its important clients understand this. No returns on any ecommerce products if they have been customized by us at all.
