DevWigs Terms of Service, Warranty, and Return Policy

1. Post-Purchase Support Policy

At DevWigs, we are committed to providing timely assistance to our clients. To ensure a smooth experience, we offer post-purchase support under the following terms:

A. Support Period & Response Time

  1. Support is available for a period of two (2) months from the date of final pickup.

    • The two-month support period begins on the date of final pickup, not the initial purchase date. This ensures clients receive the full benefit of the support period after acquiring their DevWigs Luxury Hairpiece.

  2. Response Time: While we aim to respond to inquiries within one (1) to three (3) business days, clients should allow for potential delays due to high demand and workload fluctuations.

  3. Communication Method:

    • Support is strictly provided via email to maintain professionalism and ensure inquiries are well-documented.

    • We do not provide support via text messages, WhatsApp, or phone calls. This policy prevents an overflow of messages and ensures structured, comprehensive assistance.

B. Scope of Support

Clients may seek assistance regarding:

  • Transitioning to wearing a DevWigs Luxury Hairpiece;

  • Best practices for maintenance and longevity;

  • Styling and care recommendations.

C. Limitations on Support

The following services are not included in our standard support offering:

  • In-person consultations regarding application or maintenance;

  • Phone support or live chat;

  • Personalized video consultations.

D. Additional Learning Resources

Clients have complimentary access to the DevWigs Academy for six (6) months, where they can access tutorials, demonstrations, and expert advice on common questions. Clients are encouraged to review these resources before reaching out via email.

 

 

2. DevWigs Luxury Hairpieces – Comprehensive Service Commitment

At DevWigs, we offer a full range of customization services to ensure each Luxury Hairpiece meets the client’s unique preferences. The following services are included in our Full-Service Commitment:

A. Customization Services Provided

  1. Density Adjustments

    • We offer modifications to the density of your Luxury Hairpiece, including the addition or removal of hair or wefts.

    • Hair will not be removed in a manner that results in a "see-through" cap, as we prioritize a natural appearance.

  2. Fit and Lace Adjustments

    • We provide custom sizing to ensure a secure and natural fit.

  3. Hairline Adjustments

    • Clients may request Baby Hair (BBH) additions for a flatter or more voluminous appearance.

    • Custom hairline colors, including grey tones, are available upon request.

  4. Coloring Services

    • Any coloring technique is available, including Rooting, Full Color, Balayage, and Highlights.

    • Clients must provide inspiration photos to ensure accurate results.

    • Finality: Once color is applied, it is permanent and irreversible.

  5. Additional Customizations

    • Adding/Removing Clips and Combs for enhanced comfort and security.

    • Lining Installation (Pink/Beige tones).

    • Widening the Part to accommodate client preferences.

    • Professional Cutting Services, including face-framing, layering, bangs, trims, and length adjustments.

      • Exclusion: Pixie cuts are not offered.

      • Finality: All cuts are permanent and non-reversible.

  6. Styling Services

    • Styling services, such as blowouts, straightening, curls, and beach waves, are available at the time of final pickup.

 

 

3. Secure Fit Commitment

DevWigs is dedicated to ensuring a secure and comfortable fit for every Luxury Hairpiece.

  • Each Luxury Hairpiece is custom-made with a fitted wig cap for maximum security and comfort.

  • Extra-strength silicone bands and wig clips are available upon request.

A. Limitations

  • Band Durability Disclaimer: Any type of band provided by DevWigs is subject to natural wear and tear over time. Clients may need to purchase replacements to maintain effectiveness.

  • Physical Activity Disclaimer: DevWigs does not guarantee that a Luxury Hairpiece will remain in place during vigorous physical activities, including but not limited to parachuting, extreme sports, or high-impact exercise.

Clients are encouraged to contact us should they have concerns about securing their Luxury Hairpiece.

 

 

4. Product Longevity Disclaimer

Proper maintenance is essential to preserving the integrity of your DevWigs Luxury Hairpiece.

  • Clients should adhere to the Secrets to Longevity Handbook to mitigate hair breakage, shedding, and lace damage.

  • Regular maintenance reduces dryness and extends the overall lifespan of the product.

  • While professional maintenance is recommended every 1.5 to 2 years, with consistent care, a Luxury Hairpiece may last as long as six (6) years, or even longer.

A. No Guarantee on Longevity

DevWigs makes no express or implied guarantees regarding the exact lifespan of any Luxury Hairpiece. Several factors impact durability, including but not limited to:

  1. Whether the client obtains professional maintenance;

  2. Whether the client follows the Secrets to Longevity Handbook;

  3. Frequency of wear;

  4. Duration of each use (e.g., a few hours per day vs. full-day wear).

As these factors are beyond our control, DevWigs assumes no liability for the longevity of any Luxury Hairpiece.

 

 

5. Legal Disclaimer

While DevWigs makes every effort to assist clients in selecting the most suitable Luxury Hairpiece, the final purchase decision remains the client's responsibility.

  • Product Recommendation Disclaimer: DevWigs offers guidance and product recommendations based on the information provided by the client. These recommendations are not binding and do not constitute a guarantee that the product selected is the ideal fit for the client’s specific needs.

  • Customization Acknowledgment: Once a Luxury Hairpiece has been customized or modified, it is final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

  • No Warranty Beyond Express Terms: DevWigs expressly disclaims all implied warranties, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability beyond the terms stated in this policy.

By purchasing from DevWigs, the client acknowledges and agrees that all transactions are subject to these Terms of Service and accepts full responsibility for their purchase decisions.



6. Guide For Your Local Hairdresser, and Disclaimer:

 

DevWigs provides clients with a styling and maintenance guide (“Guide”) to assist third-party hairdressers and stylists in handling DevWigs Luxury Hairpieces. This Guide is offered as a courtesy to clients to help ensure their Luxury Hairpiece can be styled to their individual preferences and needs while maintaining its quality and longevity.

 

By choosing to have their Luxury Hairpiece styled, altered, or serviced by a third-party stylist, hairdresser, or other external service provider, the client expressly acknowledges and agrees that:

 

DevWigs assumes no liability for any damage, defects, alterations, or unsatisfactory results arising from work performed by any third-party stylist, hairdresser, or other external service provider, regardless of whether they adhere to the Guide.

 

The Guide does not constitute a guarantee, warranty, or assurance of results, nor does it establish any liability on the part of DevWigs for errors, negligence, or improper workmanship by third-party service providers.


Any modifications, treatments, or styling performed by a third party are undertaken at the client’s sole risk, and DevWigs shall not be responsible for any resulting loss of quality, functionality, or aesthetic appeal of the Luxury Hairpiece.

Any alterations made by a third party shall void applicable warranties or service commitments provided by DevWigs, as DevWigs cannot verify, assess, or be held responsible for the quality or suitability of external work.


The client bears full responsibility for selecting a qualified and experienced hairdresser or stylist and ensuring that they understand and apply the recommendations in the Guide.


 Notwithstanding the foregoing limitations of liability, DevWigs provides this Guide to empower clients with the resources needed to customize their Luxury Hairpiece to their liking. Our goal is to assist clients in achieving their desired aesthetic while preserving the integrity of their hairpiece. However, the final outcome is ultimately dependent on the skill and expertise of the third-party stylist selected by the client.

 

DevWigs shall have no obligation to correct, repair, or replace any Luxury Hairpiece that has been altered or damaged by a third party. Clients requiring post-alteration services may submit a custom service request, which shall be subject to DevWigs’ sole discretion, availability, and additional service fees.


 

 

6. Final Acknowledgment

By purchasing a DevWigs Luxury Hairpiece, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms set forth in this Terms of Service, Warranty, and Return Policy.

DevWigs reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice, and any modifications will be reflected on our official website.
